2014年亞太經合組織（APEC）會議領導人會議周將于11月在北京啟動。會議期間，與會者將吃到五洲風味，具有中國特色的驢打滾、叫花雞等列入菜單。

An extensive list of Chinese food has been included in the menu for the upcoming Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) meetings. Among the items, simple and convenient traditional snacks will dominate.

為即將到來的亞太經合組織會議準備的菜單中包括大量的中國特色食品，其中，占主導地位的是簡單便捷的傳統小吃。

本次會議餐飲既融合了不同國家的風味，同時著重體現中國特色和北京文化，既有新加坡香辣米粉（Singapore's laksa）、菲律賓燴雞（the Philippines's adobe chicke）、俄式燴牛肉（Russia's beef goulash）等五洲風味特色食物，也有方便快捷的傳統小吃（traditional snacks）如叫花雞(jiaohuaji/begger’s chicken)、擔擔面（dandan noodles）、小籠包(xiaolongbao /steamed meat bun)、年糕(rice cake)、燒賣(shaomai/steamed pork dumpling)、煎餅(jianbing/pancake)、糯米雞(chicken stuffed with glutinous rice)，還有春餅（spring rolls）、宮廷小窩頭（Royal wotou /steamed corn bun）、蕓豆卷(yundoujuan /kidney bean roll)、驢打滾(lvdagun/glutinous rice rolls with sweet bean paste)等北京小吃和頗具特色的北京烤鴨(Peking roast duck)，讓參會者能夠嘗到不同風味的美食。

會議期間，餐飲形式涵蓋自助餐（buffet）、茶歇（tea break）、桌餐（dinner served at tables）等各個種類。
